How to do it

Step 2: Personalized Consultation & Psychological Assessments
Our expert team conducts one-on-one consultations with these candidates to understand their aspirations and unique strengths. We then carry out a series of psychological tests and interviews to identify their true potential and help them become clear about their career path.
Step 3: Comprehensive Training Programs
Once we’ve identified their strengths, we bring these candidates to our training facility. Our life skills, communication, and behavioral training programs ensure they are polished, confident, and ready to take on new responsibilities in the workplace.
Step 4: Skill-Based Training
After completing the life skills program, we segment the batch into different skill streams based on their passion and educational background. Specialized training helps them acquire the technical expertise they need.
Step 5: Evaluation for Job Readiness
Before candidates are sent to the workplace, we evaluate their readiness and ensure they are equipped to handle the challenges of their new roles.
Step 6: Workplace Feedback & Performance Monitoring
We work closely with business owners to monitor the performance of our candidates. If a candidate proves productive, we bill our clients. If not, we offer retraining or a suitable replacement.
